Dirty Rice To Screen In New Orleans In January

Pat Mire’s 1997 classic narrative fiction film “Dirty Rice,” which he wrote and directed, will screen in January in New Orleans as part of the NOLAsynchroniCITY Film Series, which celebrates the extraordinary culture of New Orleans and our Louisiana heritage.

The film will screen on Sunday, January 13, 2013, at 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. in the smoke free back room at Buffa’s Bar and Restaurant, 1001 Esplanade Ave. (corner of Burgundy), New Orleans, LA 70116. Admission is free.
